Academic Eligibility:
Minimum Masters Degree preferably in Management from a recognized University, having a sound knowledge in Financial Management.
Work Experience:
At least 10 years of working experience in the position of Manager or above in any corporate body, with a proven track record, of which minimum 2 years of experience should be in the Insurance Company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direction and leadership towards the achievement of the company's vision, mission, goals and objective.
• Should be well versed with Insurance Board Directives.
• Formulate and implement the company's strategic and annual business plans to achieve the company's long and short term objectives.
• Guide and lead the management and advise the Board on opportunities for strategic alliances, investment and business growth.
• Should be able to divest authority and responsibility among subordinates.
•Take the lead and motivate subordinated for achieving an organizational goals.
•Develop and implement comprehensive and appropriate risk mitigationand programs and policies.
• Ensure the company's mission, vision, values, code of conduct, programs product and services
consistently presented in strong and positive image to relevant stakeholders to enhance the brand value.
