Vacancy at "Jagadamba Cement Factory" 2015-03-18

They are the leading and largest cement producer in Nepal having two plants with multiple leading brands and types of cement. We certainly are "Benchmarks" for others in the market and lead the market in terms of pricing and market share. We continuously innovate and do things differently. We keep focus on growth in a very competitive scenario and work as a team. We are expanding this winning team and need the following personnel:

1. SALES MANAGER (Head office)

• Dynamic individual within the age bracket of 35-45.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, however, MBA in Marketing is preferred.
• Having minimum 3-5 years experience as a front line sales manager in FMCG or Hardware Industry (Steel / Cement / Paints).
• An outgoing personality with an ability to lead a team of 7-8 sales personnel.
• Computer proficiency and reasonable working knowledge of Microsoft Office will be an added advantage.
• Dealer development and motivational skills will be one of the prime responsibilities for this post.

2. AREA SALES MANAGER (Head office)

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, however, MBA in Marketing is preferred.
• Worked in sales functions in FMCG or Hardware Industry (Steel / Cement / Paints).
• Candidate aged between 30-40 years with a frontline experience of 3-5 years having successful track records are encouraged to apply.
• The position is based in Kathmandu with a responsibility of operations outside valley.
• Interested candidates should be prepared to travel 12-15 days in a month.

3. SALES OFFICER-WEST REGION (NEPALGUNJ/DANG/SURKHET)

• Leadership and effective dealer handling qualities are essential for this position.
• Young and energetic persons currently working in the field of FMCG or Hardware Industry (Cement / Steel / Paints) are requsted to apply.
• Candidates will be based at respective stations and will report to ASM at head office.
• Working knowledge of West markets and Good rapport with dealers in those markets will be given preference.

4. BRAND OFFICER (HEAD OFFICE) 

• To assist the Brand Manager on day to day operation on branding and promotional activities.
• Applicants must be Bachelor in any discipline with a few years of experience in similar position or have worked in media houses in Nepal.

5. RECEPTIONIST CUM SECRETARY (HEAD OFFICE) 

• Candidate should ideally be a lady with secretarial experience of 4-5 years.
• Should have command on both Nepali and English language and able to translate effectively from English to Nepali and vice versa.
• Should be able to independently handle correspondences with Government departments and corporate enterprises as and when necessary.
