Administration and Finance Officer Country Coordinating Mechanism (CCM) Nepal The Country Coordinating Mechanism in Nepal (CCMN) was established in 2003 to oversee the implementation of approved Grants from The Global Fund to fight AIDS, TB and Malaria (GF), and to coordinate the development of funding proposals to the GF The CCMN Secretariat undertakes day-today secretarial and coordination tasks on behalf of the CCMN. It provides logistical and administrative support to the CCM in Nepal, its Committees and Task Teams.
The CCMN is now seeking a qualified, dynamic, and motivated candidate, as described below, for its Secretariat
Job Title : Administration and Finance Officer to the CCM in Nepal
Based in :Kathmandu
Contract type :One year contract with possible extension
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Maintain financial management, including updating periodic financial reports; book-keeping of expenditures and handling petty cash; keeping record of funds received from the GF and Performance
Evaluation reports.
2. Coordinate for the CCM annual Budget to develop a final financial report (including bank reconciliation, expenditure report, Auditing etc.)
3. Maintain a logbook for inventory of office supplies and put in place a proper internal control system.
4. Manage all correspondence related to finance, project administration and logistic arrangement or
as instructed by CCM Chair.
5. Admin support to organize meetings, workshops, CCMN Oversight visits, constituency visits, orientation; prepare reports, minutes and facilitate updates to the CCM website.
6. Maintain the Monitoring of project assets; and maintain and update inventory check on a periodic basis.
7. Arrange leave clearances for travel of project staff, keep leave/attendance records up-to-date and
provide back-up support during the absence of project staff.
Reporting
The Admin and Finance officer shall work under the CCMN Secretariat Coordinator's direct supervision. All communication will have to be approved by the CCMN Secretariat Coordinator, beforehand.

• Maturity and confidence in dealing with high-ranking officials, government, international, and non
governmental institutions.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality. 
Required Experience:
The candidate should have a Bachelor Degree in Finance or Social Sciences, with at least five years of relevant working experience with Government and EDPs. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a similar role.
