Rural Microfinance Development Centre Ltd. (RMDC), a wholesale lending microfinance organization in Nepal, invites applications from the qualified candidates for the following positions on contract service. 1. Position: Microfinance Training Specialist Number: 2 (Two)
Age: 21-40 years
Job description:
- Identify potential MFIs for RMDC partnership.
- Contribute to strengthening the capacities of RMDC's partner MFIs.
- Supervise and monitor RMDC's partner MFIs.
- Assist MFIs on maintaining accounting and book keeping.
- Institutional assessment & loan appraisal of RMDC's partner MFIs.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Required qualification and experience:
- Minimum Master's Degree in Management or Business Administration or
- Agriculture or Economics or Rural Development or Sociology.
- Minimum 3 years experience in microfinance.
- Excellent command in Nepali and English language.
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
- Experience of working with remote area MFIs will be considered as an additional advantage.
Gross Salary: Rs. 45,000/- per month
2. Position: Junior Officer Number: 1 (One)
Age: 21-40 years
Job description:
- Assist in designing training for MFIs.
- Organize and manage MFIs training.
- Maintain record keeping.
- Assessment & appraisal of the training needs of RMDC's partner MFIs.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Required qualification and experience:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Humanities or Management or Business
- Administration or Agriculture or Economics or Rural Development or Sociology.
- Minimum 2 years experience in microfinance or development field.
- Excellent in Nepali and very good in English language.
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
Gross Salary: Rs. 35,000/- per month
