CE Construction Pvt. Ltd. is seeking for individuals for the following positions:
1. OPERATIONS MANAGER
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Master's degree in Engineering or Management would be an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of direct experience as Operation/ Construction Manager in a residential/ commercial construction.
- Should be highly proficient in MS Project and MS Office applications.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
2. ASSISTANT HR MANAGER
- MBA degree with specialization in Human Resource
- 3 - 5 years of mid/senior level HR work experience in related industry
- Fully acquainted and up-to-date with all aspects of Nepalese employment laws (Labor Acts), Knowledge about HR practices regarding construction industry would be added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the credibility to interact and influence at all levels and communicate complex, sensitive and contentious information
3. PROCUREMENT OFFICER
- BBA degree with major in Accounts
- 1-2 years of similar work experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and reporting skills
- Willing to travel and relocate as per project's requirement.
4. GRAPHIC DESIGNER
- 2-3 years of similar work experience
- Proficient in Adobe CS 6 (In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat are a must) and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Good knowledge of pre press layout designs
- Ability to work independently on a project
